This was a big week for arrivals at Skeins!!  We began the week with a large (though also incomplete - still waiting for a few colors!) order of Shepherd's Wool.  We carry every color, so there are plenty to choose from!  The others should arrive shortly.

We also stocked up on Knit Picks needles and notions (including the coveted Harmony Interchangeable sets!).

Madeline Tosh has arrived!!!  Tosh Sport (more of a true DK weight than Tosh DK) is on the shelves and available in 28 amazing colors, as only Tosh can produce.  Vintage arrived in 30 gorgeous colors, and will accompany those on the shelf before Monday morning.  In the meantime, if you just can't wait, you can find all the Vintage at Knit Michigan this Saturday (you can read about it in our newsletter at www.skeinsonmain.com).  

Also going with us is a new batch of Pagewood Farms needle-felted silk scarf kits and that beautiful yarn with the little hand-needle-felted flowers on it called Flora.  Yummy!!!!

And the big news... Skacel (you kmnow, those Addi needles we all love) came out with a new set of Clicks.  We received the very first shipment the other day.  They're the lace needles we all love, but this time they have the longer, traditional needle length!  The kit includes sizes 4-11, and cords in 24", 32", and 40".  The case is a pretty hot pink!  These needles will also be with us at Knit Michigan, but they're sure to sell fast.  

But wait - there's more (how clich? was that?!).  We've also received a shipment from Namaste (those snap bags you all love!  This time they're in bright red and the traditional gray), including their new backpack.  You can see that at Knit Michigan this weekend, too.  We've received patterns, and tons of hardware for your felted bags from Noni and Jul, Miknitures necklaces, Unicorn books (more Knit, Swirl! and Knitter's Companion) should arrive today, and much, much more!  It's been a very busy week around the shop.  Next week we expect to start seeing some of the spring yarns.  Get ready - it's almost here!
